Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Hotel Praha, I was intrigued by their culinary offerings, particularly the grill menu. The ambiance of the restaurant exuded a casual charm, making it a pleasant stop after a day of exploring the charming city. I savored a grilled platter that showcased varied flavors, though I found the banquet menu leaning heavily on familiar European staples without much innovation. While enjoying a refreshing cup of tea, I couldn't help but notice that breakfast fell short of expectations. The selection was rather basic, lacking the robust variety often found in European establishments. Despite the promising grill options, it felt as though the kitchen held back. As I reflect on the experience, I believe Hotel Praha has the potential for greatness, particularly if they enhance their breakfast and explore more adventurous dishes. If you’re looking for a place to indulge modestly, consider their restaurant but keep your dining expectations in check.
